Cheese making: If you put buttermilk and regular milk on the stove so it warms up to room temp but actually accidentally put it on a hot burner it will start to separate.. I sloshed gently and realized I was forming curds and whey... I had read enough about cheesemaking to figure out what I had done. so I strained it in a paper towel. The resultant cheese was a lot like really fresh mozzerella. mind you I didn't let it cool I ate it still warm.

the semi-lucid ramblings of a person on the frontier of boredom without anything to do, and without any meaningful direcion. I love my job. Since I started working here I figured I'd spend the next 30 years doing the same thing. My free time is eaten up. I still don't really have much of a life, but I'm busy and it looks like fun.
